Orders: Filtering and Creating Views

This article gives a general overview of how to create views to filter Orders on Shopify.

On the Orders page, users can click on the “+” icon to Create a view. Users will be prompted to enter a name for the view and then click Create View.

The newly created view is visible on the Orders page.

Users can now edit the filter conditions for this view by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and selecting Add Filter.

Users can select any of the out-of-the-box filter conditions available.  

In the example below, Date was selected as the filter condition and specified to Last 30 days.

Users can choose to add more filters as per their business needs. To save these filters in the view, users can click on Save. Changes will be discarded if the user selects Cancel.

Users can click on the down arrow next to the view name to either rename, duplicate, or delete the view.
