Customers

This article gives a general overview of the Customers section on Shopify.

On the Customers page, user can view a list of all the customers.

User can select any of the customers to see more details related to that customer.

 

All time statistics

• Amount spent represents the total amount spent by this customer across all orders.
• Orders represents the total number of orders placed by this customer.

 

Last order placed

• View the details of the last order placed by this customer.
  • These order details include the order number, order date, order status, and order amount.
• Select the order number to navigate to the Order Details page corresponding to this order. More information on Order Details can be found here<Link Order Details Page after it is published>
• Select View all orders to view the customers order history.

 

Customer

• View the details including email, default address, and phone number.
• View Email and SMS marketing preferences for this customer.
  • Note that this only applies if Shopify's marketing agreements are enabled in the store checkout.

 

Metafields

• View custom details associated with this customer membership.
  • Note that these metafields are only applicable if the the membership feature is enabled.
