This article gives a general overview of the Orders section on Shopify.
On the Orders page, user can see a list of all the orders.
User can click on any of the orders to see more details related to that order.
Order status
- Fulfilled indicates that the payment was successfully processed and tickets have been issued for this order.
- Unfulfilled indicates that the payment was successfully processed and tickets are yet to be issued for this order.
Additional details
- event_no indicates the current active event number in the Admin Portal corresponding to this order.
- agreements indicates that the customer has consented to the terms and conditions on the checkout page when completing their lottery ticket purchase.
- org_id will be 0 by default, and will change accordingly if the Organizations feature is enabled for this client.
- membership_enrollment_product and membership_optin will only be present if the customer selected to become a member. More information on these fields can be found here.
Customer
- User can see the name of the customer, clicking on the name will take the user to the Customer Details page. More information on Customer Details can be found here<Link Customer Page after it is published>
- User can see the order history for this customer by clicking on the number of orders.
- User can see the email address of this customer
- User can see the shipping address and the billing address for this customer along with their contact phone number.
Conversion Summary
- User can see information related to the number of visits made by the customer to the website (Shopify will only show online sales channel details, in-venue sales will not reflect here), how often they visit the website, and how long it took for them to convert these visits into a purchase.
Order Risk
- Shopify provides out-of-the-box fraud analysis for all the orders and categorizes them into one of three buckets of risk - Low, Medium and High.
