Starting Ticket Number and Total Numbers Available should be left ****as the default unless license requires otherwise.
Ticket Number Prefix default is set to “A”. The prefix can be changed to any letter. You may also remove the prefix ahead of the ticket number pattern to issue straight numbers.
Numbers Left field should be left as the default. This is the amount of numbers you have remaining to be sold which automatically adjusts as you make sales.
Create Numbers Randomly allows you to choose whether numbers are issued sequentially or randomly. Please follow licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.
The Amount of Numbers for Load & Go indicates how many numbers are preloaded onto handheld devices. Default number is set to 3500.
Restrict Total Sales ($) is required in certain jurisdictions where total sales are capped at a prescribed threshold. If applicable, enter the sales threshold.
Max Pot Displayed ($) provides the ability to cap the pot displayed to your customers. Pot will not increase when amount is reached but sales may still continue.
Attendance allows you to preset the pool of potential purchasers for in-venue events. Used to generate reporting on per caps.
Allow customers to purchase single or multiple tickets the default is set to “Multiple” this allows customers to purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction.
Max Tickets Online and Max Tickets Stations are defaulted to “10”.

Ticket Design:
Add a logo by uploading your charity/foundation logo and/or sponsor logo for the ticket. BMP format is highly recommended. Click choose file. Once logos are uploaded, each logo will be assigned a number. Choose which logo(s) you want placed at the top or bottom of the ticket by inserting the corresponding number in the box where you want the logo to appear.
Message to be printed on each ticket: Please follow licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. In most cases, general contact info, draw deadline/dates and how to view winners info should be entered. No character limits for the messaging.
