Load & Go Allocation is a new event-level setting available when creating an event under Ticket Setup. The setting is only present on installations configured to use the legacy POS app.
Applicability
- This setting applies to stations using:
- The legacy POS app with Load & Go
- ERS Core V2 – version 11.2.0.0+
Definition
- Load & Go Allocation is a fixed quantity of numbers reserved per Load & Go–enabled station for an event.
- These numbers are reserved from the total number pool at the event level.
Key Rules & Behavior
- The allocation is finite:
- Load & Go will continue to top up on the application until all numbers reserved are depleted.
- Additional numbers cannot be allocated to a station at any time.
- Unused numbers cannot be returned to the number pool or reallocated to other stations or channels, including online sales.
- Load & Go Allocation is depleted by:
- Completed sales
- Spoiled sales
- Reprints
- The allocation cannot be edited once the event is activated.
- The default allocation is 100,000 numbers per station and may be modified prior to event activation.
- Numbers are reserved from the total number pool when an enabled station performs “Get Latest Events” for the first time.
- Disabled stations and enabled stations that do not perform “Get Latest Events” do not deplete the number pool.
Visibility & Reporting
- Load & Go Allocation status (for example, remaining numbers per station during an event) is not visible to Sellers or Raffle Managers.
- This data is unavailable in both the POS application and the Admin Portal.
Example
- Total numbers available: 20,000,000
- Load & Go Allocation (per station): 100,000
- Stations enabled and performing “Get Latest Events”: 50
Remaining numbers available across other channels:
20,000,000 − (50 × 100,000) = 15,000,000
