Sign into your admin portal using credentials provided. On the dashboard, click Events on left navigation bar. Then proceed to “Create an Event”.

Click on the type of event you are running. In this example, we will choose 50/50.

Event Title:
Once event type is selected, you will be routed to the event setup page where you will be able to edit the specifics of your event. Change Test Draw to “No”.
Create an event title under “Enter Your Event Title”. This will be the title that your customers will see. Title may be edited at any time during the live draw if needed.
See image below as an example of an event title and draw name.

Event Schedule:
Once “Event Start” and “Event End” date is set, click on “Copy Event Dates to Online Sales”. Date from Event Start and Event End is automatically copied to Online Sales Start and Online Sales End.
If you are offering in-venue sales as well, the Event Start and Event End may be different than your Online Sales Start and Online Sales End field.
Follow requirements in your jurisdiction when “Enabling Time Sales Limit”.
Enabling Time Sales Limit allows you to set time parameters for in-venue sales. Sales open and close at the Event Start and Event End times.
“Online Sales Enabled” input as YES when doing an online campaign.
“Winner Selection Date” needs to match the date and time when you plan to conduct the draw and pick your winner. The draw date will populate on the tickets issued to customers.
