This guide walks the user through the Membership Reports feature in the Admin Portal.
Navigate
Users can access this feature in the Admin Portal by navigating to Reports -> Membership Reports.
Report Options
Users can produce a report by following the steps below:
1. Select one of the available report options
2. Input a date range to analyze
3. Enter an email address under Report Delivery where the report will be sent
4. Select Generate Report
Successful Transactions
This report provides a list of membership orders that were successfully processed within the defined date range.
Failed Transactions
This report provides a list of membership orders that failed within the defined date range, along with the cause of the failure.
New Enrollments
This report provides a list of customers who enrolled in membership for the first time within the defined date range.
Cancellations (member portal)
This report provides a list of members who cancelled their subscription via the member portal within the defined date range.
Re-enrollments
This report provides a list of members who renewed their subscription via the member portal within the defined date range.
Raw Activities
This report provides a list of all membership-related actions that occurred within the defined date range.
Membership Segments
Users can produce a segment by selecting one of the available options, entering an email address under Report Delivery where the report will be sent, and selecting Generate Report.
Note: Segment data reflects real-time results and does not support historical date ranges.
Current Active Members
This segment provides a list of all currently consented members at the time the report is generated.
Current Inactive Members
This segment provides a list of all customers who were previously enrolled in memberships but have withdrawn consent at the time the report is generated.
