How to Setup Organizations

Charities can split the proceeds of a draw with an organization or allow purchasers to designate a benefitting organization at the time of purchase.  The first step requires setup outside of the event setup window.

Choose Setup at the top bar and go to Setup Organizations

Add the organizations that will participate in the event. Select Add Organization

Create Organization by adding a Name (Title), and a Link Code. Ex. United Way of Durham Region linkcode is DR. Make link Active by toggling the button green. You can export the link you created by selecting copy on the right-hand side. Speak to your Client Services Manager for more use cases and additional notes on setting up Organizations.
