To set up your email confirmation message, please go to Setup > General Settings. Under Event Types, click on Configure on the right-hand side.

Reply-To Address may be modified to your Customer Support e-mail (ie. foundation@email.com). You may change the From Name and Subject Line
Confirmation Email Body is the message sent to a customer once they have purchased a ticket(s). You can customize this message, and the update will reflect in real time. You can update this section at any point during the live raffle. Information is automatically populated from your Event set-up information when using the field on the right-hand side. i.e. Email address, Event Title, First Name, LastName, LicenceNo, OrderId etc.

Confirmation Page Body is the message shown after a successful purchase has been made. This text may be customized.

If you are collecting the DOB on the purchase portal, set the Minimum Age in accordance with your jurisdiction’s requirements ie. the age majority is 19.
