Managing Handheld Devices

From the Live Event Dashboard, scroll to the bottom of your screen and select the stations’ tab. Users can manage assigned devices in this section.

Name: Device Name.

Enabled: Activate or deactivate each device by clicking on the toggle button. The toggle will show as green when the device is enabled.

CC Sales: Credit Sales processed per device.

Click Refresh to get the latest device(s) sales.

Starting Float:

Click on **$** field to edit/enter new amount. Enter the required **$** amount and click submit.

Total Drops:

To add total drops, click $ value field and click “Add Cash Drop”. Input the number of each denomination deposited and click Save.
