Drawing a Winner

PLEASE NOTE: Before drawing a winner, selling must be closed on the server and all handhelds need to be final synced. If this is not completed ahead of time you will not be able to draw a winner.

From the Live Event Dashboard, scroll to the bottom of your screen and select the “Prizes” tab.

Select the blue check mark on the type of prize to be drawn (Grand or Consolation). Click the “Draw Winners” button at the top right of the tab and a new window will pop up.

Click the “Draw” button and the system will generate a winning number.

Click the “View” button to identify winner details.
