If you are being prompted when drawing a winner that not all handheld units have been successfully final synched before proceeding if possible on any outstanding units under settings final sync the device. This will allow the winning ticket number to be drawn.
If the handheld is not available to be final synched for any reason a bypass can be entered to draw a winner. The bypass code changes daily and is:

If today is March 1st then the code would be f50301. If today was December 10th then the code would be f501210.
NOTE: That overriding final sync with the handhelds that have sales or potentially have sales can lead to discrepancies and this is to be used at your own risk. Always make sure you only enable handhelds that are being used for your specific event or ensure that all units with sales are synched successfully.
