Please follow the steps below on updating an events confirmation e-mail:
1. From the left select Setup.
2. Select General Settings.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Configure beside the desired event type.
4. Under confirmations you can then update the text body of the e-mail.
Click Save once done.
NOTE: This does require some HTML knowledge. If you are unsure of making this change please e-mail support@ascendfs.com and they can assist with updating this information.
