Early Bird Draw Checklist

Before drawing any of your early bird prizes please go through this quick checklist to avoid any potential issues in drawing your early bird prizes:

•  All handhelds (if applicable) are reachable by staff if needed
•  All handhelds (if applicable) have synced with the server since the early bird deadline has past
•  We recommend to be certain all handhelds have been synced to go into the settings on the 50/50 application and tap Sync
•  All barrel printing tickets (if applicable) have been successfully printed

When drawing for an early bird and you receive an error noting some devices may need to be synced this means that the device hasn't synced with the server since the deadline has past.  In order to draw for the early bird the device will need to be synced.
