Verify Winners

This article will demonstrate how to verify if tickets purchased in-venue contain a winning number.

Navigate to the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the application.
 

Select the option to Verify Winner.

The user will be presented with instructions to Scan the QR code on a ticket. Select Scan at the bottom of the screen.
 

Using the device camera, position the QR code in the camera view.
 

The user may experience a loading screen while the device gathers ticket data. The device will display results once available.

If the ticket contains a winner number, the device will display the message below and winning audio will play from the device.

• Winning details, such as prize won, are not available at this time.
   

If the ticket does not contain a winning number, the device will display the message below and losing audio will play from the device.
 

If the ticket is associated with a raffle that has not completed, the device will display the message below.
 

The user may select Scan to continue verifying other tickets, or resume selling by navigating to the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select Home.

Additional notes:

• Tickets can be verified for up to 6 months following the draw.
• Tickets can be verified from any mobile device.
