Occasionally our support team will request you to upload log files from a specific device so our tech team can investigate a possible issue. This can be done by doing the following:
- Make sure your devices are enabled for an event. If you are currently not running an event please setup a test event and once uploaded it can be put on hold.
- On the handheld(s) you can go to the 50/50 application.
- Tap on the three dots.
- Select settings.
- Tap on Upload Log File.
- Once done e-mail our support team to let us know the logs have been submitted successfully.
