The seller can choose to reprint tickets from the last sale by navigating to Reprint Last Sale from the hamburger icon on the top left of the home screen.
The seller can click on the ticket they want to reprint by clicking anywhere on the ticket tile and selecting Reprint.
The printed ticket will show the date & time for both when the initial ticket was printed and the reprint time. The Reprint Tickets screen will reflect the updated count of Reprints. The seller can follow the same process to reprint another ticket.
There is a limit of up to 2 reprints per ticket. The Reprint Tickets screen will reflect the reprint limit of 2 has been exceeded and the reprint button will become inactive to prevent more than 2 reprints.
Note: If the ticket was issued by Email only, the device will not be able to reprint the ticket.
