This article demonstrates how to save and publish the changes made in the kiosk display from the Admin Portal.
Updating Display Name
The user can change the name of the display. If the user saves changes as a draft, they will be able to identify the version using the display name. Additionally, if the user is looking to restore a previous version, the display name can be used to identify the correct version.
Save as Draft
To save the changes as a draft, the user can select Save Draft in the top right corner. This will update the Last Modified time, and a Draft icon will appear.
Publish Now
To publish the changes, the user can select Publish in the top right corner. This will update the Last Modified time, and a blue Published icon will appear. The saved display will reflect on kiosk displays.
Schedule Publish
To schedule a publish date, the user can select Schedule Publish from the dropdown menu by clicking on the arrow next to Publish. The user can select the desired publish date and time and click Schedule to save. The saved publishing date will appear next to the draft icon.
Restoring Previous Versions
To restore a previous version of the display, select the arrow next to Publish and choose Restore Previous Versions from the dropdown menu.
The user will be able to restore any previous version by selecting Restore in the far-right column next to the desired version.
