The new Event Reporting feature will include the following reports:
- Event Report
- Customer Report
- Barrel Ticket Reconciliation
- Reprint Report
- Sales and Transactions Report
- Station Balancing Report
- Winner Report
Each report allows users to filter by a single event, multiple events, and/or a date range. Before downloading, users will see all available data fields for the report and can customize their output by selecting only the fields they need.
Event Report
Provides a comprehensive summary of each lottery campaign, including event ID, name, start and end dates, total transactions, tickets sold, and total revenue. This report gives a clear snapshot of performance and is useful for evaluating individual events as well as comparing results across multiple events.
Customer Report
Contains participant information such as customer name, phone, email, and address. Helps track and understand customer demographics, and engagement across campaigns.
Barrel Ticket Reconciliation Report
Ensures raffle integrity by reconciling printed vs. sold tickets. Lists ticket numbers, reference numbers, and print status. Includes breakdowns of sold amounts, sold printed, sold not printed, and “other” ticket categories to identify discrepancies.
Reprint Report
Tracks all reprinted tickets for auditing and fraud prevention. Captures event details, reprint date/time, operator, station, reprint number, and associated receipt numbers. Helps monitor reprint frequency and timing.
Sales and Transactions Report
Covers detailed transaction activity in a single report. It includes event ID, operator, station, price points, sales channels, tickets sold, voided tickets, sales amount, and transaction-level details such as transaction IDs, ticket numbers, timestamps, status, customer email, reprint count, and reference numbers. Together, these fields provide a complete view of sales volume and financial reconciliation.
Station Balancing Report
Validates cash and electronic sales at each sales station. Includes station ID, user ID, price points sold, total sales, starting float, credit card sales, and total cash collected. Ensures end-of-day balancing between reported and actual funds.
Winner Report
Documents draw outcomes and prize distribution. Includes event details, station/operator IDs, winning ticket numbers, prize values, and cancellation records. Ensures transparency for winners and supports compliance/auditing.
Once one of these reports is selected, there are other options available to the user before they download their report:
Choose an Event(s)
When generating a report, users can choose to view data for a single event or for multiple events. To do this, they simply select the desired report type (e.g., Event Report) and open the Events drop-down. From there, they can pick one or several events either by scrolling through the list or by using the search function.
Choose a Date Range
Users can filter reports by date range using the selector in the top-right corner of the page. Simply choose the start and end dates you want data for. The date range filter can be used on its own or together with the event picker. This is especially useful if multiple events occur within the same timeframe and you want to view data for just one of them, or if you’d like to see data for all events that fall within that date range.
Filter Data Options
Before downloading a report, users are shown the available data fields so they only export what they need. A default set of fields is pre-selected, but users can customize this by deselecting or adding fields as required.
Downloading the Report
When ready to generate a report, the user can select the Generate Report button. A modal will open where the user can give the report a name and optionally enter an email address to send it to.
Once submitted, the report will appear in the Generated Reports list, accessible by selecting the Ready to Download button on the Report homepage.
