How Do I Void A Ticket

To void a ticket on a live event please follow these instructions:

1. Login to the admin
2. On the live event dashboard click on Void Tickets on the top right hand side
3. Using either a number from the ticket or the reference number you can then either search and add (to void multiple tickets at once) or search and void.
4. If you select search and void a box will pop up. Select void to void the tickets. If you have used the search and add function your results will appear underneath. Use the checkboxes and click void.

NOTES: Once done the pot will decrease accordingly based on the ticket sales. Once a ticket is voided it cannot be undone.
