How To Import Existing Customers From Shopify

After setting up, new Shopify customers are automatically imported to Heymarket. To import existing customer lists into Heymarket, you must first export them from Shopify.

Exporting Customers

1. Navigate to the customers tab in Shopify and select Export
   
   
   
   
2. Select Export Customers
   
   
   
   
3. An email will be sent to your account containing a downloadable csv file
4. The default formatting of Shopify's CSV file should align with Heymarket’s sample import file. Should you encounter any issues, you can use the sample file as a reference for formatting.
